Technical Support by the minute. 15 Minute Increments. Discounts for larger block purchases. The first 15 minutes of each call is used to diagnose your system and attempt to connect. This time is not billed against your billable minutes. Only if we are unable to connect will we then ask you if we can begin using billable minutes to diagnose the issue that is keeping us from connecting to your system. If you agree we will then begin using your billable minutes to attempt to repair the problem keeping us from connecting to your pc.
Technical Support by the Issue. In this section we provide technical support based on the type of service being provided, when purchasing these services, the expected time to do the service is approximately 1 hour and no more than 1 hour and 30 minutes. The assumption is that your system is experiencing issues within the frame of reference each service provides. If another issue is found on the system that needs addressing before the ticket can be completed, an agent will offer to suspend the current service and work the issue at hand via per minute services, or the use of another per issue service.
